Webinair risk Management TU DELFT

Being in Business Means Taking Risk. And Taking Risk Means Being in Business!

Interested in how you can take your knowledge and understanding of risk management to new heights? In this interactive webinar on risk management, Prof. Sicco Santema and Ir. Rinske Geerlings will give you a snippet of the content of the upcoming 10th edition of the TU Delft Risk Management Summer Course. Get ready to be challenged on your understanding of Crisis Management, Risk Management, Information Security and Business Continuity Management, as we debate:

Never let a good crisis go to waste... How can you optimally benefit from it? How can you achieve real business benefits from risk management?
Why do we still make continuity plans for just our own organisation? Is supply chain continuity planning just "too hard"?
Is likelihood-reduction utopia in the context of cyber security? Should we shift our focus to impact-reduction these days? Or even completely break away from the traditional impact/likelihood matrix?
What is the difference between disaster recovery, business continuity and resilience?
Can we be agile when we become fragile, i.e. bounce forward rather than bounce back when disaster strikes?
Are your crisis response and business continuity plans worth anything if you don't bother to test/validate them?
Audits and standards... do they make, or break, your process?
